Forster main beach is a very easy walk or bike ride over the bridge. There are dedicated paths all the way. There is also lots a parking.

9 Mile beach is a 4WD beach with a breakwall at the southern end.
One Mile beach is great option for surfing. There are flags at the southern end and a big sand dune at the northern end.

The coastal walk from Forster Main beach to One Mile beach is worth it.
