State Park

Offers swimming, canoeing, kayaking, biking, picnicking, hiking, tennis, basketball, volleyball and 20 furnished log cabins for rental use year-round, as well as fat tire bike rentals year-round. Winter Sports - Cross Country Skiing, Snowshoeing, Sledding The Park offers 10 miles of trails into the adjoining state forest that are beginner to intermediate level. There is also a 5.5-mile trail that runs between Herrington Manor and Swallow Falls State Parks. The Park trails are track-set when conditions allow. Fishing Herrington Lake is stocked with rainbow trout in the spring and also has large-mouth bass, bluegill, pickerel and catfish.
