Platja Canyadell in Els Munts is a small, quiet beach surrounded by rocks and Mediterranean forest. In summer, there is a bar selling drinks and snacks. Bring your picnic basket and hammock and spend the hottest part of the day under the trees that overlook the beach.

Platja Canyadell in Els Munts is a small, quiet beach surrounded by rocks and Mediterranean forest. In summer, there is a bar selling drinks and snacks. Bring your picnic basket and hammock and spend the hottest part of the day under the trees that overlook the beach.
Torredembarra's Platja de la Paella is a wide sandy beach with areas for volleyball and football. The maritime promenade is packed with bars, restaurants, and ice cream shops. In summer there are market stalls and a funfair next to the marina, which is home to the town's daily fish market.

Access Torredembarra's historic quarter through two gates in the old city walls and explore the streets and squares that surround its 17th-century castle (currently the town hall). The old town is full of bars, shops and restaurants, and you can follow the historical route to learn more about its history and role in the War of the Spanish Succession.
Market day is on Tuesday from 9am-2pm in Parking Mañé i Flaquer, and there is an antiques market every Saturday from 5-9pm in Plaça del Castell.
