The Kanawha City area is extremely a family friendly neighborhood! Growing up here taught me what it truly means to have good neighbors that turn into longtime friends but feel like family! You may not know everyone but you’re sure to get a friendly wave or hello at some point of the day! The convenience of the bike route always has people out and about on bikes or simply just taking a nice walk to enjoy the weather! From the Shops at Kanawha to the University of Charleston the straight shot drive of MacCorkle Avenue provides everything you could possibly need within a 5-10 minute drive!

China Buffet is the best buffet in town! With a great selection of Chinese food as well as other food to satisfy your taste buds!!! The buffet has been a favorite for years in the Kanawha City area. Service is great, food is always fresh hot and tasty, and the owners love to see new and familiar faces! The buffet is kid friendly so if you have a picky eater they offer some kid favorites such as macaroni and cheese, chicken wings, and a salad bar with fruit.
