Moore Reef is shallow and the coral colours are vibrant. The water slide is great fun and there is an underwater observatory. Spend the extra money and enjoy a 10 minute scenic helicopter tour. Seeing the reef from the air is an unforgettable experience. And if you're lucky you'll get to see Frank the Maori Wrasse.

I like the soft crushed coral that makes up the beach on this coral cay. The Reef Fleet Terminal is 5 minutes walk from Jack & Newell. Green Is. is a 45 minute trip from Cairns and there are early and mid-morning departures.

Why not hire a car from Cruzing Car Rentals and take a 25 minute drive from Jack & Newell out to Crystal Cascades. The water holes are clear, cool and refreshing.
