the cheapest and best view over berlin from the 20th floor. it belongs to the Technical University - just enter the building and use the elevator. cheap food and coffee up there!

very nice place to go eat and drink. also lots of different high quality groceries. not sure if i have every seen a tourist there ;) latest time to order food is 9pm (use side entrance after 8pm)
