It’s a fun brewery with lots of indoor and outdoor space. Pizza Bros shares the space and serves up wood fired pizzas. It’s great for kids too- they have indoor and outdoor games, and two huge gas fire pits.

Sightseeing

See the beauty of the Door Peninsula!
Cave Point County Park is perhaps the most iconic natural landscape in all of Door County. Revered by divers, photographers, swimmers, hikers, and all who visit, the beautifully carved rock faces lining the blue waters of Lake Michigan are quintessentially Door County. While not a state or national park, Cave Point has no shortage of majesty. Local county officials preserve the park, offering free admission to the picnic areas, trails, and spectacular views just up the beach from Whitefish Dunes State Park. This is a MUST-SEE.

Yet another spectacular State Park on the peninsula. The drive through the park is gorgeous. Be sure to stop and climb the Eagle Tower! This was recently rebuilt into an accessible ramp the gently walks you up through the tree tops. It is a sight to see. Just know that it will most likely be crowded in the Summer and Fall, but it is worth it. The Eagle Trail is our favorite. It is more technically challenging but the most beautiful as it takes you down to the shoreline and to the base of the 200 ft rock wall. Be prepared to scramble in a couple of areas. This trail would be very tough to take a stroller on.

Hugging the shores of Green Bay between Egg Harbor and Sturgeon Bay, the Bay Shore Blufflands Nature Preserve is a grand landscape filled with scenery straight out of a picture postcard. Wind-swept fields, towering pine forests, ephemeral wetlands and springs, cobbled lakeshore and stretches of rural open space along Bay Shore Drive all contribute to the beauty of this special place. But the “must-see” feature of the preserve is the spectacular view from the Blufflands’ most significant natural feature—the rugged rock bluff of the Niagara Escarpment. The escarpment runs like a spine down the entire length of the preserve and provides not only breathtaking scenery, but also a highly specialized habitat for many plants and animals. The trail is 2.5 miles, but you can make it shorter if you don't want to climb the bluff. Just hiking to the benches will give you an amazing vioew of the bay!

This winding stretch of road is on Highway 42 halfway between Gills Rock and Northport. Take Highway 42 north through Door County. As it nears the end of the peninsula at Gills Rock, the road veers due east towards the Washington Island Car Ferry. About 1.5 miles past Gills Rock, the winding road appears. One of the most famous stretches of road in the Midwest can be found at the tip of the Door County peninsula, where Highway 42 curves for no discernible reason as it nears Northport and the Washington Island Ferry dock. The curves make for a beautiful picture, a fun drive, and the obvious question "why all the curves?" One story has it that the road was constructed to weave around utility poles that originally went straight down the center of the road. Utility poles are now located to the west of the road, buffeted by a row of trees.

Located in Egg Harbor, Wisconsin, Harbor Ridge Winery's vineyard is part of the Wisconsin Ledge American AVA, which covers Northeastern Wisconsin along the Niagara Escarpment. An AVA is a delimited grape-growing region with unique geographic or climatic features distinguishing it from surrounding regions. Despite the challenges of the region's shorter growing season and severe winters, the winery has exclusively planted the Marquette Grape. This robust varietal is a medium-bodied hybrid red grape developed to grow in a cold climate.

Get a flavor of the area at Door 44, the largest producer of wine from the Wisconsin Ledge AVA with 90% of their grapes grown locally. Guests can take a tour of Door 44, including a visit to the vineyard to learn the nuances of grape growing in Door County before returning to the production area to discover how wine is made here before enjoying samples. While all of the wines have their own unique tastes, their specialty is ice wine, a kind of wine that can only be made in a cold climate — the grapes are allowed to freeze on the vine, picked and pressed frozen to create a full bodied, sweet and aromatic wine. Compared to liquid gold, it’s thick and sweet and unlike any other. Wine tastings and flights are offered daily with or without a tour, complemented by build-your-own-charcuterie boards using local cheeses. Live music is offered throughout the year,
