Patrington is where the hut is located and is a lovely quiet village with plenty of amenities and sights to see. St Patricks Church is the most noticeable monument in Patrington and forms the center of the village. In the center there are multiple shops, bakeries, butchers, and places to eat.

Great beach and nature walk that offers a less touristy opportunity to enjoy what the East Coast has to offer. Popular with bird watchers and nature enthusiasts, you can spend the day exploring and making the 4 mile walk to and from the lighthouse.

Withernsea is a popular seaside town located just 4 miles away from the hut. Offering everything you could want from a traditional seaside town – beaches, ice cream, fish & chips, shopping and arcades. There are a variety of shops to trawl, as well as expansive beaches, promenade and the Pier Towers. Withernsea also offers a leisure centre which has a large family friendly pool which will no doubt be a warmer option than the North Sea. Here you will find larger supermarkets such as Tesco & Aldi.
