The restaurants we recommend here are all close to our home, accessible by foot from 5min to 30min walk (or 5min by car max).

Here I put a list of Restaurants further away from our home (15min-35min by car) and not by the sea that are more traditional "countryside" : they offer traditional food that Croatians love to eat especially for events, like family parties, weddings etc. If you want to try traditional croatian food, above all try the traditional Dalmatian meal of lamb slowly fire roasted (real wood) on a rotisserie spit ("janje na ražnju" or « janjetina na žaru ») roasted local dalmatian lamb, that is a delicious local specialty that you must try. It's mostly meat grilled and also we recommend you try "Peka" cooked meals, that can be either meat or fish like squid.

Just down our road (5min by foot from our house), you will find several little houses that are small fast-foods, pastries and food shops. Famous among locals as they are tasty and affordable! I put you my favorite ones, but don't hesitate to try them all.

Here I'll start by listing the supermarkets closest to home and go further away up to big shopping malls: there are 3 supermarkets, 2 bakeries, pastry shop, pharmacy etc all accessible few minutes by foot from home just down our road, so you can find everything you need for your stay at the shops available down our road without having to drive far away with your car. But if needed and if you want to do clothing or accessory shopping, I also list you here the big malls.
