Fishing allowed here without a license, walking distance from the cabin (-1 mile). Head down the hill from the back of cabin to service road and turn right, follow to pinewood blvd, turn left and cross the walking bridge, take your first right onto E. raintree and the lake is straight ahead.

Odell Lake
Odell Lake is a small, shallow reservoir in the Northern Arizona community of Munds Park. The lake is formed by a small earthen dam along Munds Creek and provides habitat for a number of migratory and non-migratory birds, including bald eagles. A majority of the lake shore is private property. Maintenance of the lake, along with the dam, is carried out by Pinewood Country Club. The lake's southeastern shore is under the jurisdiction of the Coconino National Forest.

Approximately 30 minutes from the cabin. Upper Lake Mary is especially popular with power boaters and water skiers because there is no motor size limit on it. You'll find additional picnic, boating, fishing facilities, and an accessible boat launch facilities at Lake Mary Narrows further south-east.
