This is a beautiful hike just north of your home (less than a mile). You will hike through the woods to a lookout point several hundred feet about the shoreline where you will be rewarded with spectacular views of the Manitou Islands. The hike back provides amazing views of North Lake Leelanau.

Clay Cliffs Natural Area: The Leelanau Conservancy
4755 N Manitou TrailThis is a beautiful hike just north of your home (less than a mile). You will hike through the woods to a lookout point several hundred feet about the shoreline where you will be rewarded with spectacular views of the Manitou Islands. The hike back provides amazing views of North Lake Leelanau.
