Staff are always very helpful and friendly to assist you, they will often approach players and offer to bring them drinks and snacks from the bar as they play very hospitable and attentive staff check regularly if you would like anything more brilliant customer service every visit at all hours. Won decent amounts a few times at this location never anywhere else but that could just be down to my good luck in there!
