This hike is approximately a 3km loop and scores 2/5 for difficulty! You'll follow picturesque cascades on the river, that break into 2 channels that tumble over many different waterfalls. Excellent spot for photography, too!

You can launch your canoe(s) at the Pimisi Bay Picnic Area located along Highway 17. Follow the River downstream to the east, and you can find up to 8 short portages along this route.
