Higher-end shop selling mostly Trek and Bontrager products. It is a neat place to visit with memorabilia and history from Lance's career. (It's his shop). The staff is very knowledgable, but can feel pretentious at times.

A hidden gem that is easily overlooked given its proximity to Franklin’s BBQ. It’s less than half a mile away has less wait times and depending on who you ask just as good as Franklin’s in my opinion.
Great sides, brisket, and sausage and must haves.

Located at a trail head for the Walnut Creek trail you can park and ride your bike, walk or run easily from the ymca parking lot.

Bike around downtown with a rental
Metro bike austin (formerly austin b cycle) is a great way to rent bikes and get around town safely. I personally like them over scooters and many stations have e-bikes too which make it even easier to get around. 3-day weekender plan, is less than $20 and gives unlimited 60 min rides.
