About a 10 minute pedal straight west from our place is Coler MTB preserve, ~20 miles of single track and some of the best flow trails in NWA. Don't miss Family Flow (green), Fireline (blue), and Rock Solid (black).

Coler Mountain Bike Preserve South Gateway

Best to drive to this one, but once the bypass project is finished in N Bentonville this will be able to be accessed from greenways. One of the original trail systems in the area--great intro before hitting the Back 40 or Little Sugar.

A 20+ mile loop with maybe 30-40 miles total. This is excellent XC riding with fun rock jumps, berms, and other features sprinkled throughout. Don't miss Flo-Ride, Summit School, Taylor Homestead, and of course the Back 40 loop. Many of these trails are highly weather resistant.

Bella Vista Back 40 Trail Head
3 Derwent LaneA 20+ mile loop with maybe 30-40 miles total. This is excellent XC riding with fun rock jumps, berms, and other features sprinkled throughout. Don't miss Flo-Ride, Summit School, Taylor Homestead, and of course the Back 40 loop. Many of these trails are highly weather resistant.
Excellent cross country trails right on Beaver Lake. Definitely something you'll have to drive to, but beautiful trails with plenty of miles.
