(10 minutes driving) The very famous village built in the 60’s is renown for luxury shops, the piazzetta and the harbour (porto vecchio). If you are lucky, in porto vecchio you’ll see the biggest and most famous private yacht in the world. In Porto cervo there is also a Super market (not too big and expensive, not our first choice), news paper, a Pharmacy. There are many bars for breakfast and aperitivo. Not the best one and too expensive in our opinion, but if you are in Costa Smeralda once, you should seat and enjoy the experience for once

(25 minutes driving). Very similar to Porto Cervo. It deserves a visit. The best moment to go there is late afteroon and choose a place for the aperitivo.

Alghero (2.30h driving). One of the few old sardinian town built on the sea, it is famous for the ancient walls , Santa Maria Cathedral and San Francesco ‘s church. If you go there, look for a place to eat on the ‘mura’, the view is stunning.
