The door code will be active from the day you check in until you check out. Your code will be sent to you. TO UNLOCK: From the outside, press the Home logo and enter #### (your code). From the inside, turn the thumbturn. TO LOCK: From the outside, press the Lock logo. From the inside, turn the thumbturn.

Azalea Court is located in The Lakes subdivision. The property is in a quiet neighborhood with the driveway on Daffodil Court while the front of the property faces Azalea Court. It is convenient to many restaurants and the interstate.

The rule is BYOC (Bring your own cord). A power hub is available as a charging station in the kitchen next to the stove area with USB charging ports to keep your devices charged

The bedrooms have ceiling fans with light kits. The living room fan is powered by the light switch

Your home is equipped with a propane grill! Please be sure to clean after each use. Thank you!

Your rental has a washer and dryer between the kitchen and garage; along with laundry detergent and dryer sheets, enough to get started. The stove is electric with a ceramic top. Pots and pans are in the cabinets. Microwave is above the stove.

Your living room is equipped with a Smart TV. Enjoy! The SmartTV menus provide the ability connect to other services your subscribed services like Netflix or Paramount+.

Your rental is equipped with a Keurig coffee maker. There are enough K-cups, sweeteners and creamers to get you started!

The thermostat is located in the hallway if the temperature needs to be changed.

Trash is picked up every Thursday morning. Please take the trash can to the edge of the driveway the night before to make sure the trash can is not too full during the week. After the trash is picked up on Thursday morning, return the receptacles to the side of the house.

From time to time, regular maintenance of the property requires service calls. You will be notified at least 24 hours in advance, unless it is an emergency. Examples of service people who may be needed are regular pest control appointments, property repairs, lawn maintenance or equipment servicing. It is not expected that you monitor the service person or need to be present. If someone needs to be present, I will handle it.

To maintain the yard, someone will come by regularly to check it and will maintain as needed.

Some games are available below the television in the living room. Enjoy using them for your entertainment while you stay at Azalea Court.

A First Aid Kit is provided for your convenience. You are away from home and may need basic first aid items. The First Aid Kit is located in the pantry.

A basic Tool Kit has been provided for your convenience and is located in the pantry.

Check-out time is 10am. In regards to COVID-19, we are required to have a minimum of 6 hours between guests' departure and arrivals. Therefore, we are unable to offer a late check-out during this time. We are hopeful that in the future we can be more flexible. Thank you for understanding.

1. Make sure you packed all your phone chargers and belongings; don't forget to logout of any streaming services on all TVs 2. Please make sure all the dishes are in the kitchen and take your trash to the trash can located on the driveway side of the house. 4. Lock the door as you sadly say goodbye, travel safe, and come back soon!

If you have left something behind, we are happy to return it to you within 30 days after your departure. After that we will dispose or donate. Please be sure to notify us as soon as you realize the item is not with you - we'll notify our staff to look for it and if found the cost to return is $10.00 plus the cost of shipping, charged to the credit card we have on file or another card number you can provide.
