If you’re looking for something weird to do, this is your spot :) The Secret Door Tour is perhaps one of the strangest (and wonderful) self-guided tours I’ve done in DC. The museum is made up of 5 interconnected townhouses, with over 100 rooms and 70 secret doors— see if you can find them all!

Nature trails
If you're looking for a hike/walk outside of DC, this is one of my most favorite parks. I loved coming here when I was growing up in the area, and I still enjoy it just as much today-- it's a great trip for both children and adults!
