Our favorite beach because our dogs can run free and not too many people are around. It's best to be here in the mornings - the earlier the better but checking the tides is also always a good idea. You can take photos of our iconic Table Mountain in all its glory.

This is a birder's paradise, with numerous walking and jogging trails (some dog friendly others less so), and just a stones throw away from our cottage. It's perfect for an afternoon stroll or a morning jog.

An amazing hike for all levels with varying degrees of challenge. There are trails accessible to dogs as well as ones with ladders and chains for the more daring adventurer. From the top, you can see Table Mountain and the whole of Cape Town. Also ideal for a full moon hike although during peak season this can be very busy.
