If you have the possibility to rent a car or travel to Estoi to see the town, please visit this lovely palace which has been restored into a Hotel. The cafeteria has a nice terrace and connection to the garden.

This is one of the most famous and beautifull beaches in Algarve - Lagoa. I recomend going there by car since public transportations cant take you exactly there. This is also where the Seven Hanging Valleys Walks starts, look it up for more info on trip advisor.
