Nearby and a very nice area to have some drinks on a lovely terrace. There are some pubs and restaurants and the level of tourists is not to much and not the drunken ones :-)

Convention centre at the end of the street. I have a lot of business guest visiting the RAI so this is a super place for them to stay and rent bikes to reach the RAI within 5 minutes.
