Underneath this colorful canvas you’ll find an eclectic mix of artists, musicians and young professionals seamlessly blending in the buzzing social scene from the hole in the wall dives to the sexy speakeasies all interlaced with old southern homes and bungalows that date back to the early 1900’s. Stop at any one of the best coffee shops in town for a cup or joe and walk around my favorite neighborhood in Nashville. Or stop by Southern Grist or Smith & Lentz breweries for an ice cold local lager. East Nashville is a place you have to experience for yourself, and once you do you’ll never want to leave!

If your like boots, beer and live music you’ve come to the right place! Walk down Broadway and you’ll hear a live band playing in every bar you pass. By day you’ll meet the friendliest locals of any city in America enjoying a cold beverage on a hot sunny day. Say hi, they’ll be happy to point you to their favorite bar, restaurant or rooftop patio. And the nightlife here is some of the most fun you’ll ever have in your life.

Well this is where you can find them, right here in the Gulch. Make sure you eat first though because the line for pics can run around the block. I recommend brunch at Biscuit Love. There will be a line there too, but it’s totally worth it! Afterwords head up to LA Jackson, the Thompson Hotel’s rooftop bar and take in some beautiful views of the city while you sip on our spicy margarita.
