The drive from the hotel to Fort Augustus is spectacular. Once in Fort Augustus, you can take a boat trip on Loch Ness and see the Caledonian canal and the famous Locks system.

A visit to the ruins of Urquhart Castle is a must when visiting the area. Set on the loch side, the views are stunning and the visitor centre is interesting. If you fancy taking a picnic on a nice day, we would be happy to arrange this for you.
