(except if you come during winter) The weather is always nice in Valencia and very sunny (there are only one "cold" month)

The best way to move around Valencia is by bus. The underground is useful also, but there are no many stops. A single trip by bus is 1'5€, but you can get a 'bonobús' for 10'5€ with 10 trips (this is if you don't have a card; if you already have it the price would be 8'5€ for 10 trips).

The only way to go from the airport to the city centre is by metro. You will need to buy a ticket for zone A, which would be around 4'5€

Not many Spanish people know how to speak in English, but they are going to try very hard to do so. I think you'll manage to understand each other, but in case you don't here there are some key sentences: - How much is it? = ¿Cuánto cuesta? - I'm looking for (a place) = Estoy buscando (place) - I'd like to have (drink/meal) = Quiero un/una (drink/meal) - Thank you = Gracias - Please = Por favor - The bill, please = La cuenta, por favor.

We have 2 typical meals that you cannot miss. Paella is originally typical from Valencia, so if you want to taste the real one there are a lot of places around the city which serve this 'Paella Valenciana'. However, I recommend Casa Ángel in El Palmar (around 25 mins by bus from the centre). Horchata is a drink that every Valencian loves, it is very sweet and we usually have it with some lengthen buns that we call 'fartons'.
