The hall was mostly constructed in the 16th century, incorporating parts of a medieval building held by the abbots of Bury St Edmunds which had been in use since before 1065.

Set overlooking the Water Meadows, this is a gorgeous hotel with a roof top setting for those lovely hot summer nights. Dogs are welcome and the scenery is amazing. Great food.

Amazing food and a beautiful hotel. Definitely worth a visit!
A gorgeous village and this pub does great food and is on the River Stour. You can get a boat from Gt. Henny to Sudbury and back again.
