Portsmouth Dockyards are steeped in History with the HMS Victory,The Mary Rose as well as numerous other activities and sights.
It's also practically next door to Gunwharf Quays!

As well as Shopping in designer outlets there's an array of Bars and Restaurants along the waterfront. Again I'm told it's a great place for night Life and is accessible by train from Bursledon Station.

Beaches
Beautiful Beaches from Mudeford through to Sandbanks and across to Studland Bay. Stunning. Also Bournemouth has a good selection of shop's, bonus!
