All the food is delicious, but our favorite is the molcajete! Delicious and fun to eat, and plenty enough to share. Get the tableside guacamole while you wait and enjoy the fantastic margaritas and extensive tequila selection! The patio is perfect for people-watching.

Roasting locally since 1994, Bisbee Coffee Co is perfection! We like it so much, it’s the coffee we feature in the guest room. Our favorites roasts are the Mexican Chiapas (a chocolatey vibe) and the Firehouse (bold and similar to a French roast). Have a cup on the patio and enjoy the wonderful view up historic Main Street, then takes some beans home for the memories!

A Smithsonian affiliate, the displays are excellent and the docents are well-informed and happy to answer any questions! Be sure to also take the underground mine tour before or afterwards!
