The Canterbury Cathedral is an iconic attraction. It is one of the oldest and one of the most famous Christian structures in England. It was one of the most important centres of pilgrimage in Medival England.
The Cathedral is open at different times throughout the year. The cathedral is open between 9-5 pm throughout winter and 9-5:30 pm during Summer.
There is a charge to enter the grounds. For adults, it is £12.50, for children from the ages 6-18 years old is £8.50. Any children under the age of 5 are free. Students from 18-24 years are £10.50. There are also family tickets, 2 adults and up to 3 children are £33. Or, 1 adult and 2 children are £23. There are also guided tours and audio tours.

The Marlowe Theatre is a 1,200 seated theatre, which has had a redevelopment back 8 years ago. The theatre includes a variety of programmes such as plays, pantomimes, ballet, contemporary dance, opera, stand up comedy, orchestral concerts, music gigs, and children's shows! Bookings for shows can be made via their website online, via phone call or at the box office.
