This place is 10 mins walk from our place. A small house right by the canal and is a tourist spot where you can enjoy a cup of coffee while watching the free Traditional Thai puppet and dance performances on the weekends. Life can be a little slow here. It feels like you are turning back the clock and experience how life used to be like back then.

restaurant

Highly recommended noodle House around this area. The place is small and is hidden in the small alley not too far from the Artist's house. The owner chef makes the noodles with the open fire stove and the soup tastes amazing. The bone soup smells extra good. You can taste the sweet and salty soup within the same sip. This place opens from 11 to 2.30 pm. Try their Tom Yum Noodles, it's the best in this area.

Good for tourists to experience different regions of Thailand. It is a good intro to different kinds of food, cultures and many other aspects of each regions. From there, you can also take the crossing boat to the other side of the Chaopraya River, take a stroll and head to Chinatown.

Food Scene

There are many good food overthere. Most of the time, you can see the old uncles and aunties cooking and making their craft diligently. These people live there for almost all their life and they seriously know how to cook! 😁
