Neighborhoods
Bucktown is known for its low rise flats and its bustling 6 corner "heart" - where Wicker Park and Bucktown collide. 6 corners is full of local boutique and mass retail options, local bars + restaurants and some great patio options for people watching. This neighborhood is known for easy access to the blue line and main bus routes. The 606 trail is just a 5-10 minute walk away (depending on the entrance) - the bridge at Leavitt and the dragon at dame are wonderful landmarks for 606. While on the 606, check out the light installation recently added on the northern extension (best viewed at night). There are also a lot of great places for entertainment. Play shuffle board at The Royal Palms, or catch a show/dancing at Gorilla Tango Theatre. Holstein Park has a great open public area to relax or play a game. We love walking through the neighborhood on Sundays or taking a Divvy bike around to grab a drink/dinner.

Just a little 0.5mi south of us in Wicker Park. Per the name, they're a sausage/link restaurant with great monthly rotational fare! Their beer menu is insane...LED board behind the bar details their almost 50 options.
Map Room has wonderful beer selection. Cash is preferred but cards are accepted. Can get crowded quickly. So, if you want a seat, get there early!

Wonderful staff that makes you feel welcome! Daily specials for both food and drink. Can't get a better patio with covered seating and TVs. Enjoy trivia night on Wednesdays @ 8pm - get there early for a seat.

If you like donuts, you need to go to Stan's. Nutella stuffed pockets. Pistachio cake. Blueberry fritter. Line can build but goes fast.

Games + Drinks
Great draft and can beer menu with board games available. They have a great rotational menu, and everyone can find something they like. Full suervice, too, for those who want a cocktail or glass o'wine. No food but you can order delivery. (Also, the infamous red cooler tamale man comes every Friday and Saturday.)
