The "feel" of Paradise Valley what makes it magical though. P.V. is an extremely quaint, secluded, high-end city that is actually surrounded by Scottsdale (in the heart of Scottsdale, a separate city). However, one of the greatest features of this estate is that you are literally in the middle of the action and the city, but it actually feels like you are living in the country. The city of P.V. requires at least 1 acre lots, there is no street lights allowed, and it is as quiet as any place you have ever been.....all of this in the middle of the city! There is TRULY nothing quite as cool as Paradise Valley. It's kind of like when you're sitting in the middle of Central Park at night. You are literally in the heart of Manhattan, in New York City, yet, you are sitting in a totally secluded, quiet park, Central Park. It's truly magical!
This high-end estate property is incredibly well-located, in the North end of Paradise Valley (P.V.). P.V. is well known as an extremely high-end, luxury city, that is very quaint and extremely well taken care of. To locals, PV (85253) is often called the the 90210, or "Beverly HIlls" of Arizona). PV is surrounded by the city of Scottsdale (literally) and is as well located as anyone could ever ask for. You are literally minutes away from the highest quality shopping in the world, the best restaurants, the top golf courses, and world renowned events (Barrett-Jackson, MLB Spring Training, the Waste Management Open, etc.). ALL of this is literally located within minutes of this very high-end estate. One couldn't ask for a better location than this; particularly relative to Phoenix and Scottsdale.
