Sightseeing
Nature lovers will love this woodland in the southwestern area of the island. Primeval Forest is a part of The Bahamas National Trust's Parks and features dramatic sinkholes and undisturbed evergreen forests. Guided tours are available.

This small zoo and conservation centre is a family favorite. We had a family pass and visited almost monthly for the bird feedings.
Not a large space...even with the bird feeding, flamingo march and at a leisurely pace you can be done in an hour and a half.

Chippingham RoadThis small zoo and conservation centre is a family favorite. We had a family pass and visited almost monthly for the bird feedings.
Not a large space...even with the bird feeding, flamingo march and at a leisurely pace you can be done in an hour and a half.
Not the hugest attraction but if you are driving along the west end of the island this free sight is worth the pitstop. The fruit bats that inhabit the cave will be a hit with any Vampirina lovers!
