In my opinion the best unspoilt beach in the UK! Fantastic swimming, amazing whale and dolphin sightings. great for a long stroke in either direction but keep left if you have dogs. Oh and a great beach to run on (so my husband says!)

Easy beach to park and take your self on to the beach for a sunny beach day or to watch the sunset whilst having a BBQ.
It's a mainly stoney beach but that adds interest and kids love making stone pebble stacks.
Watch for rip tides - Harlech beach safer for swimming.
But amazing scenery here and again a great place foe dolphin and whale spotting.
Beautiful tiny church nestled in the sand dunes that's worth a visit and a cafe too.

We love a trip here. beautiful little bay with a couple of lovely eateries and if you walk around the bay you come to some beautiful beaches and scenery across the estuary looking back at Harlech Beach.

What an amazing castle perched in upper Harlech over looking our accomodation.
Its well worth a visit for all ages and obviously has amazing views over to Snowdon and across the bay.
Interestingly the sea used to come right up to the castle - good job that's still not the case!

Its well worth a visit for all ages and obviously has amazing views over to Snowdon and across the bay.

An amazing place to visit especially on a sunny day. Feels like you are on the Italian Riviera. Great restaurants, cafes and gift shops in addition to the breath taking scenery. only 15 minute drive away

Mountains, waterfalls, tumbling rivers. As well as enjoying the magnificent steam trains.
We like to travel to Beddgelert (one of the prettiest places in Snowdonia) spend a couple of hours there exploring before our return.

Our favourite eaterie - it's a bit of a drive but worth it to see Criccieth -with another castle - and for the lovely setting and seafood. Booking always required so not to avoid disappointment!
