This is the best Italian Restaurant in Hamilton. No competition. I worked here for several years when I was in university, so I can tell you first hand how clean the kitchen is and the love and care the chefs put into the food. The head chef, Mauro was trained in Italy and opened the restaurant in the 80's when he came to Canada, and still works almost every night serving up traditional dishes that have stood the test of time. When Mike and I have a date night, this is usually the place we go.

I worked here for several years when I was in university, so I can tell you first hand how clean the kitchen is and the love and care the chefs put into the food. The head chef, Mauro was trained in Italy and opened the restaurant in the 80's when he came to Canada, and still works almost every night serving up traditional dishes that have stood the test of time. When Mike and I have a date night, this is usually the place we go.

There are several gardens within the RBG. You can get a day pass and see them all. My favourite garden is the Rock Garden. It is one of the most calm and serene places in the whole city. Only a 5 min drive from the house and you transported to place with incredible beauty and serenity.

It is one of the most calm and serene places in the whole city. Only a 5 min drive from the house and you transported to place with incredible beauty and serenity.
