Rice in Sevilla

One thing that most people don't know is that Sevilla is one of the largest rice producers in Europe thanks to the Guadalquivir river. In practical terms, there are quite a few places that serve great rice Sevillian style (btw, paella is from Valencia, on the East coast of Spain, although there are great Paellas in the city too :-). Bellow there are some of my favorites.
Rice Sevillian style. It takes about 20-25 minutes to prepare, totally worth the waiting!

In my humble opinion, one of the best kitchen authors in the city. They used to be a very small secret place in Sevilla. Fortunately for all, the found this bigger place years ago. Near the Alameda area, the bohemian quarter of the city.
