Although dogs must be on-leash in Madison Meadow, most locals will let their dogs go off-leash if they can be trusted. Owners should be responsible for their dog's waste and behavior. Rules require that you keep your dog on leash, but once you get into the groves and off the paths, we play hide and seek with Boogy.
