There are numerous parks to visit near Deception Pass. Our favorite is north of Deception Pass, Rosario and Bowman's Bay. There is an easy hiking trail between them. Washington Discovery Pass required or $10 day pass.

Then a walk down the gravel road and between two bodies of water leads to an island with a gravel road, a level path on the south side, and a scenic hiking trail on the north side.
