Tacos, tacos, tacos!!! Small quaint and amazingly delicious hidden taco spot! Its right around the corner from the flat! They have a great selection of traditional Mexican dishes and some with a cool hipster kinda twist! Great place to kinda get away and hang out, especially in the summer when they have they're patio up!!! Go by and have a craft beer or a really eclectic variety of mescal!

Great place to kinda get away and hang out, especially in the summer when they have they're patio up!!! Go by and have a craft beer or a really eclectic variety of mescal!
If you need a good coffee this could be your match! They roast and grind they're beans in house which is a more traditional way to sell coffee. They have many varieties and also sell they're coffee wholesale. Great place if you like an ethical coffee experience.

For all you vegetarians.... I know a place ! It's not a new place, but it certainly is an awesome place. That's right, Fresh on Bloor was created and founded in the Annex and now is a small chain of vegan restaurants in the city. And might I add its soooooo good. I love having the vegan burger when I'm there but also just about any bowl is delish! Please go check this gem out!

The owner Alessandro is directly from Napoles and I think when he came over here from Italy he brought this magical oven that makes pizza perfection!!! The pizza is a thin crust with very authentic toppings that very few can actually make. I love that this place is in the neighborhood. :) PS they have good grappa and great staff too.

24 hour hungry? One of the most iconic greasy spoons in the city. Here you can have just about any breakfast, lunch or dinner meals you can think of at any time of the day. The short order cook will whip it up for you right on the spot! Be sure to ask for the coffee, its always fresh. Prices are decent, but they only accept cash. I think they have an atm in the basement in case you forgot to bring some.

Wow, what can I say about this place other than EXCELENT COLLECTION!!! This place has some amazing POP culture contemporary pieces of art that simply blew me away. I haven't seen such a great curated collection in one location in a long time. Most art galleries don't even come close. The place houses mainly the private collection of the owner but theres also alot of other stuff on consignment. Masters like Warhol, Murakami, and Raushenberg and several other local up and coming artists. This is a MUST CHECK OUT PLACE! P.S. If your planning to buy, bring at least a couple thousand with you.

Christie Pitts is the ultimate tobogganing experience in the winter! Walk over there with the kids and enjoy a few hours of super sledding! It's cheap and easy to do and I highly recommend it if you would like to embrace the Canadian outdoors! They even have an outdoor skating rink if you want to pick up a game of hockey. In the summer you can totally take advantage of the baseball diamond, soccer fields, playground, and public swimming pool. Or just people watch on the giant grassy slopes and get a tan!

Super easy to use and super quick to access the subway or streetcar going any which way into the city! Most tourist tourist attractions can be accessed from there within about 20 minutes. Highly recommend this station to avoid traffic on the roads.

Still one of the great wonders of the modern world... i believe.
The CN tower is by far one of best places to see the whole city, get some great pics and hang out! I've been living here for 30+ years and I still get excited to go up that elevator!! I would highly recommend you go early enough when there's daylight to see the whole city and leading into dusk when the lights of Toronto fill the city sky at night!
