Many areas ore off limit for cars and for it compact size the best way to get around is on foot.

This is a old industrial area what has last decade reconstructed into new residential and entertainment area. There are many restaurants and shops in the area. It is also lovely walkable area next to Old Town where you can marvel modern architecture combined with historic industrial buildings.
