Festplassen is an open space next to Lille Lungegårdsvann (a little lake). Cultural activities often take place here during summer. This is also a meeting point for many.

If you are looking for a light lunch, I can very much recommend "Godt brød". This is a coffee shop with organic food. Mostly diff. bread with diff. cheeses, meats and lots of tasty pastries. Yummy!
