Without a doubt, the best brunch in Vallejo (and a wonderful place for people watching too!). Their exhaustive menu and huge portions are a great way to start your day. Try the Chris' Country Skillet or Christina's Country Scramble.

Don't sleep on their seniorita breads...great, warm balls of sugary dough. Try the cinnamon seniorita bread if they have any left (though go early, since they tend to sell out).

Excellent location right on the waterfront that attracts people from all over the Bay Area. The beer is brewed right here in Vallejo - and the brewery's theme celebrates Mare Island's naval history. Try the Farmhouse Ale :)

A great park up in Fairfield (20-25 minute drive from our front door) with lots of hills, trails and hiking/biking opportunities. They are dog friendly so feel free to bring your canine companion.
