Nina's has a unique atmosphere (usually full of interesting people and table sharing is encouraged) with wonderful coffees and teas as well as bakery items and a food menu. Never had anything I didn't like! The building it is in is called The Arcade and it has amazing character - I'd encourage you to wander around a bit!

The food is absolutely amazing and the prices can't be beat! You won't have to fight crowds to get in and we aren't sure how it's stayed under the radar. We would eat here all the time if we could!

A Minneapolis landmark, we suggest visiting solely to see the views of the Mississippi and Stone Arch Bridge! There are also tours that focus on different aspects of the theatre (backstage, architecture, etc.) in addition to the amazing shows that are put on. We also have had fun rushing tickets, if you decide last minute you want to see a show!

If you want to understand our Swedish Heritage, then the ASI will give you some great insights as the museum winds it's way through the South Minneapolis castle in which it's situated. The gourmet cafe inside it is also to die for. Plenty of activities for kids.

Walkable from our home, the path to this park will take you past beautiful and historic St. Paul mansions and, upon your arrival, you will enjoy a magnificent view of the Mississippi River. In the summer, you can also catch some free yoga/kickboxing/etc. classes at certain times!
