Best to go here in the late afternoon/early evening, after the tour buses have left, and to have the best chance of a sunset! The nearby village of Doolin has a few lovely bars, places to eat, and hear Irish music.

Farmer’s Market with live music on Fridays in the village centre.(March-October, 10am -2pm)

Bars in the village
Sexton's has Irish music on Sundays at 5pm. (TV for sport)
Tully's has Irish music on Sundays at 6pm. (Beer garden, pool table, smoking area, TV for sport, pizzas served). Connollys has Irish music on Thursdays and Sundays, usually a 7pm start. Conole's is the young peoples' pub in the village! (Outdoor covered smoking area at the rear)
Tullys has an old-timey American acoustic music session on Mondays, 8pm start. The Pier Head has a bar, but is mostly a restaurant.
Green's pub is a must visit!
The Traveller's Rest in Nogra is a lovely rural bar on the way to Traught beach.
