The highest peak in Costa Rica at 12,532 ft, it is a challenging hike to the top. But the views are well worth it! Must be scheduled in advance due to the amount of interest, and limits on the number of hikers per day.

Rarely crowded, this beach is the closest to Casa Buena Vista. It is stunningly beautiful, and gets it names from 2 caves at one end of the beach that empty at low tide. A number of vendors offer snow cones, pipa fria and more.
