The National Park offers 90 minutes tours of the Keys Ranch from October - May. The ranch was originally built in 1910 so its very interesting just walking around to see all of the buildings, tools and cars. You can reserve tickets at Recreation .gov

Fortynine Palms Oasis TrailOne of my favorite hikes in the park. The payoff is nice and peaceful in the shade of the majestic palm trees. This trail is located close to 29 Palms at the northern end of the park. Its a 3 mile loop trail.
A great hike to take in the wintertime when hopefully its full of water. This hike is located in the middle of the park and is an easy 1.5 mile loop trail. Its also right next to the Wall Street Mill trail so you could easily hike both trails before lunch.

Joshua Tree ParkwayA great hike to take in the wintertime when hopefully its full of water. This hike is located in the middle of the park and is an easy 1.5 mile loop trail. Its also right next to the Wall Street Mill trail so you could easily hike both trails before lunch.
If you're looking for a really really short hike, this is it. Just step out of your car and enjoy the view. It really is an incredible view on a clear day.
