They have THE BEST baked goods (sweet/ savory) in the neighborhood. A famous baker went out on her own and started the place. It's our ritual to go every Saturday morning.

Cafe/ Restaurant, has great food, right next to Green Street Station. Usually there is more room to sit than Ulas. And it's a nice stop on your way to or from the Green Street playground.

The linear park with bike and walking paths will take you all the way from Forest Hills station to Back Bay station on peaceful paths. You can pick up bike rentals at any of MBTA stations along path.

The beautiful and scenic walk around the pond on a gravel/ paved path is about 1.5 miles. It's about 25 min walk from our house. It's great no matter what time of year, always busy!

The zoo is less than 10 min walk through Franklin Park from our house. It's an easy activity with kids. They have a new and excellent playground. People join for the playground alone.

We choose this neighborhood for all the wonderful greenspace. Franklin Park has paved paths as well as paths through the woods. We are there at least once a day!

This is Harvard's plant playground. Beautiful grounds, about a 30-40 min walk from the house. At the top of Busey Hill are excellent views of downtown Boston.
