Spring Valley is a picturesque, "Mayberry-like", small town in southeast Minnesota. Just 22 miles from Rochester - home to the world renowned Mayo Clinic with an international airport - it is the largest town in Fillmore County with almost 3,000 people. Parks abound, the streets are walkable and bikeable. It is SAFE 24-7! There is Sunshine Foods grocery store with a deli, TJ's Liquor store with a nice selection of beers, wines and hard liquors, Dollar General, the Hardware Hank farm store features local crafters items, and S&S Bait shop will even give you a discount if you tell them you are staying at Whispering Winds!

Awesome beer tastings! Dog Park on premises! You can order food and have it delivered from the Village Square (their pizza is incredible and they have the best pies in Bluff Country) or AJ's!
