Hotel Congress is more than just a boutique hotel, it's the epicenter of food, drink, and entertainment in downtown Tucson. Enjoy a meal at The Cup Cafe, see a band on one of two stages, catch a performance in the new jazz lounge, or get a drink at one of many bars. This is the place to be any time of day, but at night things get pretty rowdy.
