Wonderful beaches to relax and enjoy the mountain scenery behind the lake. Find your spot on more quiet part of the lake of Play Blanca or choose to stay on Playa Negra, where you can enjoy water sports and very safe access to water for kids.

Curarrehue is a very local village populated mostly by local Mapuche people. You can explore Mapuche culture, hand made craft, buy some truly local souvenirs, taste Mapuche cousin in one of the local restaurants (e.g. Cocina Mapuche Anita Epulef). You can also enjoy rafting, horseriding and hiking around the locality.

Curarrehue
Curarrehue is a very local village populated mostly by local Mapuche people. You can explore Mapuche culture, hand made craft, buy some truly local souvenirs, taste Mapuche cousin in one of the local restaurants (e.g. Cocina Mapuche Anita Epulef). You can also enjoy rafting, horseriding and hiking around the locality.
The famous and touristy town is a great place to go shopping, have a drink in a bar, get a good coffee (not that common in Chile;), or enjoy a great walk or rest on a black sanded beach. Pucon has many companies offering different activities, such as rafting, climbing the volcano, bike rentals, hiking and much more.
