Great coffee downstairs and an up-scale market that has lots of healthy and interesting products. It's on the pricier side, but has lots of great treats and the food in the back in NY Times recommended. The hot-chick sandwich is my favorite. Hot tip, they have a great lunch special for $11, half a sandwich (get the Italian or Veggie) and a soup or salad

I like to call it our front yard. Get some coffee at Mekleburgs and enjoy the park in the mornings, really one of the best ways to start your day.
